Arvala contacted me and asked if I would review their electric scooter called C-Pro, I accepted and I’m glad I did. Once I agreed, the scooter arrived very quickly. The packaging was typical of how most e-bikes and e-scooters companies ship their products. Once I pulled away the packing contents and could see the C-Pro I knew right away this was going to be fun! It’s a heavy scooter weighing about 80 LBS so I surgically and skillfully cut it out of the box. Yes, this is a big, heavy, well built and beautifully designed electric scooter and I could not wait to test ride it.
Test Ride
As with most electric scooters, putting together the C-Pro was simple. However, I’d like to note that the stem has a locking latch with a twist knob as backup to keep it latched and this latching system feel tough and safe. Pulling the latch open or squeezing it in to lock is not for people that lack upper body strength that plan to latch and unlatch it a lot. For my first ride I took it easy and rode with the following settings engaged: Eco, Single Motor, but I did use Power Assist Level 3 and it ran beautifully and just how I expected it to run. For my second ride, I did the complete opposite and ran it in Turbo Mode with Dual Motors and again at Power Assist Level 3. I pulled the throttle back and the C-Pro took off and almost lifted off the ground! I stopped the scooter and tried again. This time I gave the throttle a slightly lighter pull the C-Pro once again took off! This time, with a little less aggression but because I was still getting aquatinted with it’s power, it felt a bit like a bucking bronco that wanted to throw me off. I quickly get passed the learning curb of riding this powerful e-scooter and we became close friends.
Street and Off-road
I was enjoying a peaceful ride around different city streets and some loose gravel when I decided to take the C-Pro up a nearby dirt trail. Being equipped with knobby tires and dual suspension made my ride all the way up smooth and all the way back down the trail fun!

The Good
Arvala has packed a lot of good into the C-Pro! It’s a very well made e-scooter, looks great and everything works perfectly with each other. If you pull the trigger and purchase this scooter at the time of writing this article, you’ll also get it for a low, low price! At a great low price you get a powerful dual motor, dual suspension e-scooter with hydraulic disc brakes, plus turn signals and more!
The Bad
I’m struggling here, but if I had to pick on anything, I’d say the electric horn built into the front light is not very loud.
Overall
The C-Pro is both tame and thrilling to ride. If you’re new to powerful e-scooters that can reach speeds of 40+ mph this one could still be the one for you. As long as you respect it’s power and I’d say try mastering the ride in eco and single motor modes first then graduate to turbo and dual motor modes. Arvala has done a fine job with the C-Pro being a great ride for just cruising the streets or taking it off-road for a some thrill seeking.
