Gen 3 hits a home run with The Stride!
The Stride runs great, feels great and looks great. If you’re looking for a commuter bike that is ready out of the box, look no further, The Stride by Gen 3 is here. So far it’s the only eBike I have that has come with a rack already installed. For my other bikes, a rear rack is an add-on. As a class 2 eBike, The Stride will get you up to 20 mph and its battery is rated to last up to 40 miles. Note that the 40 mile range will greatly depend on a few things like, how you ride, how much weight is on the bike and how much you pedal vs just using the throttle.
Heads are turning
Almost, every time I take The Stride out, people tell me how great the bike looks. When my friends would ride the bike they too would return and tell me they were getting compliments on The Stride too. It is a great looking bike and I wish it came in more colors but the pearl white with black trim is stunning.
Power
The Stride comes with a 500Wh / 900w peak power battery, a 500w Bafang rear hub motor, and 65 newton meters of torque. Some e-bikes come with a bit more power and torque but trust me you better hang onto the handle bars if you full throttle this little ebike!

The Good
Priced right, looks and rides great, comes with a rear rack, pinstripe fenders.
The Bad
Hardly worth mentioning but would like to have an upgrade on the brakes and more color to pick from.
