Experience

In the past I used a company that took way too long to get my caps to me and once I got my caps the stitching was less than what I expected.  So this time I checked out a lot of cap companies online and also sent each one questions about the type of cap I wanted.  In the end, one company recommended Pukka.  I checked out Pukka and I loved their site which includes what they call a “Hat Customizer” which takes all the guess work out of building a customized cap.  Also, once you design your cap and submit it you’ll then get a friendly, personal rep that will contact you to go over your cap design to make sure everything is perfect.

I let my rep know that I wanted 3-d stitching which is where the stitching is a thicker, puffier stitch and they said no problem.  I also found out that they can do screen printing which I used under the visor.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my caps from Pukka and will certainly use them again. Their site is very useful and the rep that was assigned to me could not have been better.  The end product, the caps were awesome!  Great stitching, screen printing and high quality materials were perfect!
