The G-Force RS Review by Wayne Louie
Today we are taking a look at the G-Force RS
The current price at the time of writing is $1299.
G-Force claims this eBike has a lot of power, great suspension that they call “Magic Suspension”, and that you’ll enjoy a long riding range. But is the G-Force RS any good? Let’s dive in and see.
Assembly
Like most eBikes these days, the G-Force RS was very simply to put together. Mount the handlebar, attach the front wheel, screw on the pedals and then adjust and tighten everything and you’re ready to go. Note: check that the tires are properly inflated and the battery has been charged before going out for your first ride.
Appearance
The G-Force RS is available in one color, gray. However, if you would like it in white you might want to consider the RS ST but keep in mind the RS ST is the step through version of this eBike. The following images are courtesy of the G-Force website.
Speed
The G-Force RS can be setup as a class 1, 2 or 3 eBike. It has a 750W motor and can hit a top speed of 28 MPH. For hill climbing G-Force has given the RS 85Nm of torque. The RS will deliver lots of power on pavement and some off-road fun. As for hills or mountain climbing it will handle most hills just fine but might have some trouble climbing extremely steep hills.
Rider Height
As a point of reference, I’m 5′ 7″ and I can sit comfortably on the G-Force RS.
The RS is built for riders between 5’7″ to 6’3″.
Note: The RS ST (step-thru) is built for riders between 5’3″ to 6’3″.
Technical
The G-Force weight will vary, depending on which version you get. The RS version I’m reviewing is the heaviest in the lineup, being a step-thru with the largest battery available which is a 48V 25Ah battery.
