A brief history on my road to the perfect webcam

It began with my not so normal purchase of a cheap webcam I found online.  I didn’t do any research, thought they were all about the same and I could not have been more wrong.  The video quality was just “okay”, the menu were clumsy and the camera didn’t last.  It wasn’t long before the video diminished into poor quality to the point I could no longer make out objects in the video. Next, because I create videos on YouTube I own a few GoPro cameras and thought why not use one of them.  Well, I found that because they are GoPro’s and because they are expensive I was very uncomfortable leaving them in my car and I don’t like having to take it in and out of the car all the time. Plus as good as they are they just aren’t feature rich like a dedicated dashcam with things like GPS, Motion Sensing and Night Vision to name a few.
