The M11 is one of Arvala’s top end electric scooters. If you’re looking for power and tech the M11 is for you! And right now, all of Arvala’s electric scooters are on sale through the end of December!
Before I go over the M11 I want to mention that there are some differences between the M11 I have and the one that might receive. This is because the M11 I have, is an earlier version. They have made a couple of changes since this one… like the display. The M11 in my review has a rectangle shaped display mounted over the actual display that is built into the top of the stem. Going forward the M11 will have the built in display that has a triangle shape.
Also, on their website they show the M11 with both off-road tires and street tires like the ones I have. Going forward the M11 will come with street tires like the one I reviewed.
TIRES
The M11 comes equipped with 11” tubeless, explosion-proof tires! Note: The tires on this M11 are geared more for street riding. I noticed on the Arvala website that the images show it with knobby off-road tires. If you have a preference for one or the other you may want to contact Arvala when ordering your M11 and they might be able to help you.
BRAKES
For stopping power it has front and rear Nutt High end Hydraulic E-Brakes with Cooling Pads and using larger customized discs that are more resistant to warping.
BATTERY
We have a big battery in this one folks! The M11 comes with a 60v, 35Ah, 2100 watt-hour lithium battery pack!!! And Arvala claims that it has 4x the capacity as most of today’s production E-bikes. Each cell is protected by an intelligent battery management system and the battery and the Sine Wave Controllers are placed in separate spaces to keep everything cool.
SUSPENSION
The M11 has the usual dual shock absorption system found on a lot of high end electric scooters but the shocks on the M11 are adjustable!
HYDRAULIC STEERING DAMPER
Another big plus is the M11 is also equipped with a hydraulic steering damper! This is going to be a great safety feature for those of you that like going fast! The installed damper is adjustable and will help against speed wobble or what some call death wobble.
LIGHTS
Another cool safety feature are the lights. The M11 not only has the traditional front and rear light but it also has turn signals along with lights along each side of the deck as well as each side of the stem. But check this out, in addition to changing colors and just looking good, these lights also serve a purpose. All the lights work as brake lights! When you squeeze the brake lever all the lights on the deck and stem turn red with your brake light. I wish they were brighter during the day but they definitely help in the evening.
DISPLAY
I am skipping the display because the display I have is no longer used but I will say I really do like the one mine has.
Phone Partner App
The Arvala cell phone partner app for the M11 is a must! There is a lot of things you can do in the app like change the lighting, check the battery cells and remove the speed limitation. Make sure to watch my video review to see all this awesome things you can do with the M11 partner app.
MOTORS & SINE WAVE CONTROLLERS
Now let’s talk about the motors. It has 2 motors that output up to 1600w each totaling 5200w! Also, these motors are super quiet thanks to the installed 80A Sine Wave controllers making the motors quieter, smoother and more powerful. And, where most high end electric scooters can handle 30 degree slopes, Arvala says the M11 can make it up 50 degree slopes! With this kind of power Arvala says it can reach a top speed of 53mph and maybe a little more, making it one of the fastest electric scooters available on the market. Power Assist Levels
The M11 has an Econ level plus 1-5 levers. To me the Econ and Level 1 should be swapped. Level 1 by default only goes about 2-3mph. When in level 1 you’ll need to long press the throttle before it starts to move. I don’t really use this level but it could be good for if you in a crowded area and need to move really slow. I think of it like a walking level. If you really don’t like this you can adjust its speed value in the advanced settings of the app. Levels 2-5 is where the fun is at. For casual riding, switching off the front motor and letting the rear motor do all the work will still have plenty of power but will feel a lot more tame. For that extra oooomph and adrenaline rush switch both motors on and hang on. Seriously, ride smart, wear protective gear and stay safe.

The Good
Arvala has created the ultimate street e-scooter! Just like their C-Pro the M11 is a very well made e-scooter, looks great and everything works perfectly with each other. The lighted stem and deck look awesome but more than that, they are also an added safety feature not found on a lot of e-scooters. Another great safety feature is its steering damper. The steering damper will help again steering wobble at high speeds. To keep the ride smooth the M11 has front and rear adjustable shocks and to safely stop this powerhouse of a e-scooter are the Nutt e-brakes with the cooling pads and larger disk to prevent warping. The partner app for the M11 is the best I’ve seen so far. The app gives you everything from hardware checks to modifying settings to adjusting all to your liking.
The Bad
Just like the Arvala C-Pro I’m struggling to find anything to complain about. If I had to pick on anything, I’d argue that the lights on the stem and deck could be brighter during the day which really has no negative affect on the the quality and performance of the M11.
Overall
The M11 is one of the best built e-scooters I’ve ridden to date and one of the most powerful. Thanks to the steering damper the M11 feels as sturdy at speeds as it does when at cruising speeds. The partner app is unbeatable and a must have. The adjustable front and rear shocks and the app will allow you to increase your speed and make all kinds of adjustments to the M11 making it truly your own.
