I give away things to subscribed viewers on my YouTube channel SpiderWayne. Not long ago I gave away 2 e-bikes. If this is something you would like to be a part of, please make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and make sure you have notifications turn on. My channel is getting close to 10k subscribers and to celebrate, once it does hit 10k in subs I will be giving something away… might just be one of the e-bikes that I’ve already reviewed. Get in on this now by going here and subscribe to my YouTube SpiderWayne channel.
Unboxing and Assembly
There are no surprises when it comes to unboxing or assembling the Actbest ZCool other than the saddle and the battery are both one in the same. The saddle is connected to the battery which means to adjust your seat height you will actually be moving the placement of the battery at the same time. This is not a problem unless you want to change your seat post to something like a suspension post. This is pretty unlikely due to the ZCool has dual suspension. For help assembling the ZCool I put together a video to help out.
How Classy Is The ZCool
The ZCool by Actbest is a class 3 e-bike. Class 3 is rated for 28 mph however, for me, I was able to reach a top speed of 24.9 mph. Also, because class 3 e-bikes are faster than class 2 e-bikes you might want to check your local laws before heading out in some places.
Comfort
The ZCool is equipped with front and rear suspension. For me this is a first folding e-bike that I’ve ever seen or ridden and the dual suspension makes the ride feel very comfortable. The suspension is nothing I would call high end but it does get the job done when it comes to comfort. The ZCool gets its name from its frame being shaped in a Z. The Z shape frame makes its dual suspension possible which helps with comfort.

The Good
Small footprint when folded, easy to transport, lightweight, dual suspension. The Actbest ZCool has a lot of added value for the price making this e-bike a good deal for anyone.
The Bad
Being a class 3 e-bike it should hit a top speed of 28mph but mine topped out at 24.9mph. This might be just mine and I’m fine with it because in most places here in the US 20mph is the legal speed limit.
Overall
Actbest ZCool is a good, budget friendly folding e-bike. What puts this e-bike over others is that it is equipped with front and rear suspension and that it has extra power which puts it in the class 3 designation. The dual suspension could be better but for a folding e-bike it’s still a plus.
